CHARGE OF MURDER

ADJOURNMENT TILL FEBRUARY.

(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, November 1. A formal application for the adjournment of the hearing of the charge of murder against Eric Mareo, a. musician, aged 44, was granted by Mr Justice Fair in the Supreme Court. The charge was adjourned until the next session of the Supreme Court; commencing on February 4. Mareo is charged with the murder of his wife, Thelma Clarice Mareo, who died in the Auckland Hospital on April 15.
