CONTROL OF SALE PROMISED*
UNDERTAKEN BY THE OWNERS. United Press Association—Copyright' LONDON, October 31. The coal owners have given the Government a definite undertaking, on behalf of 16 of the 17 districts, to establish an organisation for the control of the sale of coal. This is one of the miners’ demands.
