Further, ho had been giving way to drink. Adverting to the judge’s statement yesterday, Mr Adams (Crown Prosecutor) said: “Your Honor found occasion to observe that there was no foundation for the allegations of accused against Sincock. I desire to sav that with the somewhat fuller material available to me in the police files I have no hesitation in stating that the allegations were entirely without foundation.”
