THE NEGOTIATIONS
PEACE FEELERS TO CONTINUE.
PRESENT ONES NOT IMPRESSIVE,
SANCTIONS NOT RETARDED.
United Press Association —Copyright' (Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, October 28.
