OLDEST RESIDENT OF REEFTON.

REEFTON, Oct. 17. Mr John William, the oldest resident in the district, died this morning. He had 69 years residence here. MR. WILLIAM R. TUCK. (Per Press Association.) WANGANUI, This Day. Mr William R. Tuck is dead, aged 79. He was well known in racing and trotting circles, and as backer of "VV illiam Webb when the latter won the world’s sculling championship in 1906, defeating Charles Towns on the Parramatta River.
