WHEELBARROW TRIP

IN ASHBURTON TO-MORROW. Messrs L. G. Lukey (pusher) and J. C. Scholfield (passenger), “the wheelbarrow tourists” who are travelling from Invercargill to Christchurch, will arrive in Ashburton to-morrow afternoon. Leaving Timaru at 9.15 a.m. yesterday, they reached Geraldine at 5.15 p.m., and to-day made their way to Hinds. They are expected l to reach the Ashburton office of the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association, Ltd.,.about 5 o’clock to-morrow.
