VALUELESS CHEQUES
TWELVE MONTHS IN GAOL. DUNEDIN, This Day. In the (Police Court to-day Harry Walter Reid, charged with haying issued valueless cheques, was sentenced to imprisonment for 12 months. Accused was discharged from Invercargill gaol in July last year, and started business in Dunedin as a boot repairer, later opening an account with the bank and issuing cheques.
