CANADIAN WHEAT
WORLD NEED FOR SUPLUS,
(United Press Association—Copyright) OTTAWA, September 20. The Prime Minister (Mr R. B. Bennett) in an address at Calgary (Alberta) to-day, said that the Canadian wheat- surplus would probably be required by the nations of the world because of the failing of crops in the Argentine and Australia, and world conditions in general. No money had been lost from the Government’s stabilisation efforts.
