On Saturday, 28th September, usual 4.56 p.m. Timaru-Ashburton train will leave Orari 6.25 p.m., Ashburton arrive 7.33 p.m., connecting with special train leaving Ashburton 7.45 p.m. and arriving Christchurch 9.50 p.m. These trains will convey horses in Ug. wagons and will stop where required to set down passengers and put off horses.
