ENDING AGREEMENT
BELGIAN-AUSTRALIAN TRADE.

The Prime Minister (Mr J. A. Lyons) has announced that the Belgian Government has given the Federal Government two months’ notice of its intention to terminate the trade agreement between the two countries. Under the agreement tariff concessions are given on Belgian goods, mainly glassware, and- in return Belgium purchased Australian primary products.
