EXCITING VICTORIAN ACCIDENT.

Twenty-two persons had a remarkable escape when a motor truck, which was returning to-day from the snowfields on Mount Buffalo in north-eastern V ictoria, fell 150 feet from a road down a hillside, overturning against trees. Only four were injured, the others receiving minor abrasions. Medical attention was given by two visiting members of the British Medical Association, Dr. H. Upcott (England) and Dr Fitzgerald (Dunedin) who were spending the week-end at Buffalo Chalet.
