DAYLIGHT SAVING
OPPOSITION TO EXTENSION. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, This Day. The extension of the period of daylight saving until after Easter was opposed hy delegates at a meeting of the Dominion Executive of the hairnets Union. A remit urging support of the efforts of the Women's Division of the Farmers’ Union to have summer-time restricted to run from October to the end of March was carried.
