JERSEY STOCK PURCHASED.

ADDITIONS TO COUNTY HERDS. At the recent unreserved dispersal sale of the “Millbank” Jersey stud, the property of Mr R. Maddren, Winchester, the following sales were made by County residents Mr H. Butterick (Wakanui) purchased Ursanne Bowlina, a typical Jersey dairy cow. Mrs E. M. Begg (Wakanui) purchased Millbank Noble’s Flower, Millbank Golden Bel! and “Whave Kura Juliet.

Mrs J. C. Guinness (Ealing) purchased Millbank Ivy and Millbank Flower.

This pedigree Jersey stock will be a valuable addition to the Ashburton district.
