FRENCH VISIT BY ALL BLACKS. (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.)» PARIS, August 15. A visit by the All Blacks is revived by the. French Rugby Federation’s desire to obtain the removal of the British ban on international matches against France, the reasons for which the Federation will probably again investigate. The newspaper “l’Auto” asks whether the British Union’s ruling extends to the Dominions.
