FEAT OF AUSTRALIAN RIDERS. LONDON, August 10. The Australian cyclists Milliken and Stuart broke the London to Brighton and back tandem record, clocking the world’s fastest 100 miles out-and-home tandem ride. They covered the double journey in 4lirs 9inin 43sec. When they were delayed at a level crossing they shouldered the cycle and dashed through a subway.
