(Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, Jul;? 31. Plans for the next session of Parliament, which opens on August 29, are well in hand and there should be no delay in the presentation of business. Little time will elapse between the return of the Prime Minister and the'Minister for Finance and the opening of Parliament, hut already the Calu.net has given consideration to some measures, which are ready for the Government printer. Mucli of the legislation qt present in view 1 is, of an amending nature. The Acting-Prime Minister (Sir Alfred Ransom) stated to-day that there would he. some measures of importance for presentation to Parliament. Full consideration of these hiad not been, completed, but in any case the Government would have sufficient business ready to occupy the attention of the House as soon as members assembled.
