Mysterious fires, that have occurred in trains recently were explained by the Minister of the -Interior, who stated that the method was to dispatch parcels containing inflammable liquids which some hours later burst into flames. He announced arrests without giving names or details. He added that documents connected with an anarchist organisation were discovered in the home of the chief' perpetrator. :
