POSSIBILITY IN HOLLAND. (United Press Association—Copyright) THE HAGUE, July 29. Because Professor P. J. M. Aalberse, leader of the Catholic party, could not form a. Cabinet, the Queen has commanded Dr. H. Colijn, who resigned last week, to form an extraparliamentary Government on as wide a basis as possible. It is predicted that he will be virtually a dictator.
