SYSTEM for that area. ,SUM PROPOSED TO BE BORROWED:— Twelve thousand Pounds (£12,000). THE PROPOSED SECURITY AND PAYMENT OF LOAN. Tho Security for the Loan shall be a Special Rate of One Shilling and Seven Pence Halfpenny (1/7-id) in the Pound sterling, on the Annual Value of all the rateable property within' the Hampstead Area of the Borough, Loan to be for a period of 35 years, and bearing Interest at Three Pounds Ten Shillings per cent. (31 per cent.) per annum, together with a Sinking Fund of One Pound Ten Shillings (11 per cent.) per annum. It is not proposed to pay the first year’s interest and sinking fund 1 out of the Loan. W.
