PRODUCERS’ NOMINATIONS. AN ASHBURTON CANDIDATE. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, July 12. The returning officer for the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board announces that he has received the following nominations for three vacancies for producers’ representatives on the Board: —• H. D. Acland, Christchurch (sitting member). E. Averill, Hastings. J. D. W. Ormond, Waipukurau (sitting member). Sir William Perry, Masterton (sitting member). R. D. Robinson, Ashburton. A. C. Russell, Waipukurau. The election will take place on August 29. Nominations for delegates to the electoral committee close at the Board’s office at noon on July 18.
