The Minister stated that lya. order-in-councd had been passed translerring to the Court of lieview jurisdiction in respect or all applications lor relief by rural mortgagors, and the Court of Review proposed to me in the near future at the more important centres in the Wellington district. It is anticipated that the mrnrt will first sit at Wanganui on Thursday next, and then at Palmerston North, where the accumulation of applications awaiting investigation is heaviest. Under that arrangement, Mr Cobbe said, there would be an equivalent ol two commissions functioning for the time being, and this should result in an early disposal of all outstanding applications. '
