AN INCREASE EXPECTED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Appreciation of the- Government's action in appointing a New Zealand Trade Commissioner at Brussels was expressed to-day by M. Nihotte (Consul for Belgium in the Dominion). He said that trade between the countries was considerable, and probably would be increased as a result of the appointment. New Zealand apples offered by auction at Antwerp in April realised about 10s a case, and there should be a good demand for them there at the present time of the year.
