MAJESTIC THEATRE. "My Song for You" will have its final screening at the Majestic Theatre to-night. Jan Kiepura shares the romance of the story with delightful Aileen Marson, romance for the most part filled with gaiety and certainly always wholesome. Great success on the screen is following Miss Marson's distinguished stage record which has embraced London appearances in important parts in such first-class productions as "Dear Brutus" and "The Trial of Mary Dugan." To great gifts as an actress, great beauty has been added by Nature to Miss Marson's fortune. Mention should also be made of the diverting comedy provided by Reginald Smith as a fiance inclined to philander, as well as of Emyl Williams' clever study of an over-ambitious under-tal-ented pianist. HAKATERE AND DAPHNE SOCIAL. The fortnightly social held by the Hakatere and Daphne Lodges on Saturday evening was most enjoyable. There was a fair attendance of patrons. Music was supplied by Mrs Mitchell's orchestra, and Mr T. Thomson was M.C. DRUIDS' LODGE DANCE.
