PRIZES FOR CHOCOLATE EATERS DECISION BY MAGISTRATE. <Per Press Association.) v WELLINGTON, May 11. , Mr W. L. Luxford, &.M., gave decision to-day in a case in which Adams Bruce, Ltd., were charged with having commenced a scheme by which prizes were competed for by a mode oi chance. Prizes were offered for lists of varieties of chocolates most nearly corresponding to the correct order or sales of the ten most popular varieties. The magistrate decided that the competition was not illegal, and dismissed the charge.
