PEARCE TO MEET MILLER. , (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) HALIFAX (Neva Scotia), May 1. Bobby Pearce, the world's champion sculler, will row two races against "Bill" Miller (Philadelphia), the United States champion, during the sea carnival week from July 15 to July 20, over mile and three-mile courses. It is not stated, if the world's title will be involved.
