The "Daily Mail says that the Scottish and Welsh Nationalist Parties met at 'Liverpool and drew up a joint declaration, of which copies will be sent to the King, Mr MacDonald and the Dominion Prime Ministers, claiming Dominion status for Scotland and Wales.
