A German refugee, Josef Lampersberger a former member of the Reich Banner, was kidnapped in daylight from the Czechoslovakia!! platform at Eisenstein, a frontier station, by four armed German secret police. He was dragged off unconscious to Germany. Lampersberger fought wildly and a Czecho Customs officer attempted to rescue him, but was struck down when a Bavarian gendarme, weilding a rifle, assisted his compatriots. The Chechoslovakian Government is protesting.
