EMPIRE IN MINIATURE

SIXTY-FOOT GLASS GLOBE. INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION. (United Press Association— Copyright) BRUSSELS, April 27. King Leopold opened the Belgian and International Exhibition which is notable for its artistic buildings. Almost every European country is represented. The British pavilion is one of the most attractive. It displays a glass globe 60ft in circumference showing the British Empire, over which an interior lighting system produces an effect of night and day as the globe slowly rotates, synchronising with the actual time.
