QUESTION OF PRESIDENT. WELLINGTON, April 23. Although it is freely stated in Wellington and other centres that Mr Justice Johnston, of Christchurch. will be appointed President of the Court of Review to deal with mortgagors' liabilities under the Rural Mortgagors Final Adjustment Act, the ' ActingPrime Minister; (the Hen. E. A. Ransom) said to-day in reply to an inquiry that the question had not yet been settled, and an announcement would not be made for some days.
