SAFE ARRIVAL AT ALAMEDA. (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, April 23. The Clipper Pioneer arrived at Alameda from Honolulu at 2.58 (Pacific Standard Time). She was delayed by continuous head wind's.
