Long lines formed : in front of the fashionable efturches awaiting an opportunity to worship 'at the numerous Easter services. While the rich were displaying the season’s latest-style “creation's,”: numerous malcontents took the opportunity to protest against their condition. Several - “protest parades” were held up Fifth Avenue, including a group of striking seamen. The leaders of one protest parade of unemploy-; ed were arrested and charged with' disorderly conduct. -
