CORMIER DEFEATS BISHOP. SYDNEY, April 22. At the Stadium to-night Vernon Cormier (9st 5 lb) gained a decision over Herb Bishop (9st 81b). The latter retired in the eighth round owing to an injured rib. but up to- that stage he had been outclassed.
