LURICH AND BOLT DRAW. (United Press Association— SYDNEY, April 21. At the Leichhardt Stadium, Tom Lurich and Tex Bolt wrestled a draw, neither securing a fall.
AMERICAN TEAM ARRIVES. AUCKLAND, April 20. Four professional heavyweight wrestlers arrived) at Auckland by the liner Mariposa from America this morning. They have come to New Zealand for matches during the 1935 season, which is likely to open at Auckland on Monday week. The party comprises Al Pareira, Cy. Williams, Hardy, Druskamp and Leo Narberes. Pereira was in the Dominion two years ago. Williams, who comes from Florida, is 30 years of age and weighs over lost. He has been wrestling professionally for five years. Druskamp, who is aged 29, specialises in the flying tackle, drop kick and shoulder butt. The youngest of the party, Narberes, an American of French descent, is aged 24. He weighs about 14st 81b, and is a protege of Ad. Bantel. He specialises in the Japanese leg lock.
