WAR ON GANGSTERS.
SPECIAL POLICE IN MADRID. WARNING TO THE PUBLIC. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) MADRID, April 21. A special police corps is being enrolled with the aim of stamping out gangsters. The corps will patrol in motor-cars and afoot. The public are warned that they must immediately put up their hands when challenged or the police will fire.
