DUKE OF GLOUCESTER.

HIS TOUR NEARLY ENDED. (United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, March 23. The Duke of Gloucester will return frora a tour of Australia, New Zealand and the West Indies on Thursday. The cruiser H.M.A.S. Australia is expected to arrive at Spithead at 11 o'clock in the morning and will be escorted into Portsmouth Harbour by four destroyers and five flying-boats. The Prince of Wales and Duke of York, who will proceed to Portsmouth specially to meet their brother, will go on board as soon as H.M.A.S. Australia is berthed and Royal salutes will be fired. On leaving the ship the Duke will be officially welcomed home by the Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire and the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth. After the civic presentation of an address of welcome their Royal Highnesses will leave for London by train.
