Reports are current that the Soviet Government has arrested 1074 Tsarists, including 170 former members ot the nobility, 547 former generals and high officers, 113 former police Secret Service officers, and a number of capitalists, some being charged with antiSoviet activity on behalf of a foreign Power and some with violating residence and passport regulations. Others have already been exiled to Siberia.
