DAMAGES AWARDED.
CLAIM AGAINST HAIRDRESSER. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 20. A sum of £25 damages was awarded plaintiff by Mr W. F. Stillwell, S.M., in a reserved decision given to-day in the case in which Mrs Violet Eveline Towers claimed £SO from Ivan Barbarc Riche, hairdresser, for burns she received while Having ner hair permanently waved. The Magistrate said that negligence might reasonably be interred against defendant.
