HEROIC SEARCH.

SMALL NORWEGIAN CUTTER. STEMS ANTARCTIC STORMS. (United Press Association —Copyright) HOBART, March 18. The Norwegian cutter Hobo, 38ft., arrived here in a battered condition after a futile search-for the Danish training barque Kobenhavn, which disappeared in 1929. The crew of the Hoho consists of three men, each 35 years, and acquainted with relatives of the boys who sailed on the missing barque. The cutter left Norway in December, 1933, since when she has had many hair-raising experiences in southern latitudes, terrific storms damaging her gear and three sets of sails being lost. She put into Hobart for new sails and will continue her search among the South Sea islands.
