INCREASE IN' QUOTA PAYMENTS. NOW FIXED AT 4s Gd A SACK. (United Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, March 18. The Minister of Agriculture (Mr W. E. Elliot) has increased to 4s 6d a sack as from to-day, the quota payment by millers and importers of flour.
