arbitration sought. ETHIOPIA DEMANDS ITALIAN REPLY. (United Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, March 14. The Addis Ababa correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that the discussions between the representative of the Emperor of Ethiopia and the Italian relative to the proposed neutral zone and Italy s claim for compensation have broken down. It is understood that the Ethiopian Government has sent a note to Rome asking for a definite reply whether Italy will submit the whole dispute to arbitration.
