Dr. Rintelen, who was accused of complicity in the murder of Dr. Dollfuss (Chancellor of Austria) last year, was convicted of high treason and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeared to be ill, suffering from loss of memory, and was attended by three doctors throughout the trial.
