HOSPITAL BOARDS.
THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE. (Per Press Association). NAPIER., March 7. At the hospital hoards' conference to-day a remit to set up a buying organisation 'was withdrawn, the meeting deciding to set up a committee to report on the proposal. A remit from Tauranga seeking financial assistance from the Native Department toward the expenses of Maori patients was agreed to. The Unemployment Board is to be asked to set aside sufficient money to pay the hospital fees of relief workers.
