DOLLFUSS MURDER

EVIDENCE AGAINST RINTELEN. NOT TRUSTED BY CHANCELLOR. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) VIENNA, March 7. The trial of Dr. Anton Rintelen, on a charge of being concerned in the murder of Dr. Dollfuss (Premier of Austria) last July, was continued by the military court to-day. Karwinsky (secretary for Justice) gave evidence of Dr. Dollfuss appointing 'Dr. Rintelen to be Minister at Rome. He remarked: "I must send him abroad. The only place in Austria that,l would want him in would be a concentration camp." Members of the Cabinet gave evidence that Dr. Dollfuss did not trust Rintelen.

M. Stockingor (Minister of Trade) alleged: that Dr. Weidenhammcr (Nazi leader) who has since fled to Germany was seen at Rintelen's hotel on tho day that Dr. Dollfuss was murdered.
