SUPREME COURT.
OFFENDERS IN TARANAKI. (Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, February 25. Found guilty on charges of making a false declaration and concealing stock, part of security for a bill ofi sale, Levin Bu.nn, a farmer of Puniwliekau, was sentenced by Mr Justice Blair to three months' hard labour. Tui Happi, for theft, was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment.
