WELLINGTON, This Day.; John Doyle, a young married man, pleaded guilty in , the Magistrate's Court to-day to four charges involving the theft of sums of' money from his .employers. • .■■•■.-■ In a statement to the police Doyle admitted the offences. He had been in financial difficulties but intended Repaying the smaller sums, until the biggest amount, £7O, came into his possession. He then left for Auckland but later returned and surrendered to the police. On the main charge Doyle was committed to the Supreme Court for- .-sen* tence. Sentence on the other charges was deferred sine die.
