Duicie Wilbow, aged 22, was strangled to death in a room of a residential flat at Glebe on Sunday night. Her body was discovered last night by her parents. Early yesterday her husband, Victor Wilbow, aged 24, show himself through the heart at his parents' home in Greenwich. The police believe that the man murdered bis wife and then committed suicide. ,
