ALLENTON V. RAKAIA. A friendly match was played between the Allenton and Rakaia Bowling Clubs on Saturday. Allenton won by 138 points to 62. CHRISTCHURCH DEFEAT WELLINGTON. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, February 17. By 307 points to 274 seven links representing the Christchurch. Bowling Centre defeated Wellington Centre’s players in a match for the Barnett Tiki. When the morning game was finished Christelurrch led by 41, but Wellington scored eight points more than Chris tcauroh m the afternoon. This is the seventh contest for the Barnett Tiki, which ws in the possession of Christchurch before Saturdays match, GREYMOUTH TOURNEY. GREYMOUTH, February 16. The bowling tournament was continued to-day. In the pairs final Delargy and McNish (Canterbury) beat Kroening and Ferguson (Runanga), 23-12, on the twentieth head.
