G. Pearce and Miss Pattison (Otago) beat Robertson and Mrs Lewis, 6-2, 8-0.

Rawlison and Miss Barton (Otago) beat Renton and Miss Callaghan, 6-0, 6-2.

Roddy and Miss White (Otago) beat Reid and Mrs Cotter, 7-5, 7-5. SandreL and Miss Shirtcliff (South Canterbury) beat Guy and Miss Partridge, 4-6, 7-5, 6-2. Bryan and Miss Jolly (Otago) beat Satherthwaite and Miss Sutherland, 6-4. 6-3.

C. Pearce .and Miss Balthrop (Otago) beat Matheson and Miss O’Halloran, 7-5, 6-2.
