A NEW PROCESS
UNSHRINKABLE WOOL. BETTER QUALITIES CLAIMED. A BROMINE TREATMENT. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12120 p.m.) 'LONDON, February 15. A new phase of unshrinkable wool is beginning with its production by a bromine treatment instead of by the Wool Industries Research Association’s chlorine system. The process is described in the “Textile Mercury” in an article which clajms that thefe is less destruction and more tensive and tortive strength and improved: dyeing. It adds that, researches reveal that bromination is preferable to chlorination.
