PLENTY OF FOOD IN MOSCOW. (United Press Association— Copyright). MOSCOW, December 1. The population is delighted at the abolition of the food cards and bread rationing. Plenty of food is available at reasonable prices. Wages are being raised by an average of 10 per cent., small salaries being increased more than large.
